Daffy's Pet Soup Kitchen, Canine Pet Rescue and Pet Assistance Service Team (P.A.S.T.) - all from Lawrenceville, Georgia, are teaming up with the Louisiana Humane Society to provide much needed help to the animal victims of the Louisiana Flood . Gwinnett Judge Carla Brown, CEO of Canine Pet Rescue, contacted us to team up to help those in need. We are in touch with the President of the Louisiana Humane Society to work with them on what they need. Daffy's and Canine Pet Rescue are both 501c3 organizations - all money donated for this cause will go to Louisiana.

Daffy’s P.A.S.T. helps out in the event of a natural disasters with temporary assistance to those in need. We have a 20′ trailer that has crates, food, supplies, traps, tarps, and misc. gear to help when the need arises. Due to a high number of homeless pets we are determined to raise as much money as possible to bring supplies to help shelters and families in need.

We are presently putting together a wish list and will have it posted soon. But for the time being we are asking for ANY donations to help this this mission. The Louisiana Flood had recently taken a huge toll on citizens and their pets. Not to mention several other animals in the area.

As of now 141,000 residents had to be rescued after the area endured 25 inches of rain in just three days. About 5,000 residents were in shelters. Pet shelters are in desperate need of supplies in order to take care of all the rescued animals from the flood. Many livestock are severely injured and starving.

Several animals have died or gone missing because of the flood. Families have had to evacuate their homes. Although hundreds of pets have been rescued there is a huge cry for help for them. Daffy's plans to take as much supplies as possible down to Louisiana in response for the cry for help.
We intend to travel no more than a week from now to deliver supplies. This will be the first trip of many and with your donation we can make it possible to take care of these animals.

Please donate anything that you can to help out those in need. Think if this was your pet? Wouldn't you want to know that they were taken care of if they were rescued from a flood? these shelters and families need our help, Please donate to be apart of this mission.
Thank you!
